Great chair but not perfect
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
The chair is very comfortable but I do wish it was just a little higher so I could lean my head against the back. It was easy to assemble despite the cryptic instructions. My biggest complaint is that instructions on how to adjust the chair using the knobs was not included! Also despite the great discount price for the chair, shipping was a little pricey. However, I must be the perfect height for the chair (5’4″) or else I have the perfect computer desk for this chair because I can put my arm on the armrest when using my mouse. Hopefully this will help my carpal tunnel.

this has been an exelent chair. it can easily compare to any other executive chair that costs 200 dollars or more. really recommend it!

Attractive yet discrete, comfortable.
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
I’m 5’8″ and find the chair to be quite comfortable. Only minus is that it had a slight cosmetic flaw on the seat leather- not very noticeable. (It looks like someone took a key or something and made a very light streaked mark across the material.) Chair will not roll well at all without a mat on medium shag carpet!

Office chair review
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
The chair arrived on time, was pretty easy to assemble and is very comfortable…as others have said, it doesn’t roll well on carpet, so I’ll probably get one of those floor pads to put under it. I only have two gripes: the back is fairly upright and there are times I wish it would go back some…it also didn’t come with instructions on how to use the two knobs/controls…I’m guessing they figured it was self-explanatory.

You can’t beat it for the price

Including shipping I couldn’t find anything comparable in this price range. It was easy to assemble and does the job.

Great
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
I loved this chair! It was perfect and the lumbar support is great for my back. However, the only problem I had was some of the screws to the armrest was hard to get i and the instructions are really vague. Otherwise, it’s a great chair.

Terrible
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
I’ve had this for less than a week and the leather is already ripping. I’m also flatulent due to all the emergency rations I eat (it’s the only thing I eat) and so I fart a lot and it’s smelling awful, it’s smelling kind of sour. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Liftless Chair
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
They made it sound like this chair was made by a major manufacturer in the U.S. but its made in good old China…I put the chair together with no problem but this chair is not adjustable to go up or down, it appears to be locked in the lower position. I can find one lever but that is for locking the tilt back. I can find no other lever as they say to operate the gas lift..disappointed….

Comfy.
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
The chair is comfy, good size. The only problems we had was in putting it together (the wheels were hard to insert) and it doesn’t move across carpet easily. Other than that the chair is fine.

Decent chair, not hard to assemble
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
As mentioned by an earlier reviewer this chair provides very good lumbar support, but is not very comfortable for a tall person. I’m 6′ and my neck/shoulders start to hurt if I work on my comp for more than an hour or so. Assembly was not too difficult. The wheels needed some effort to assemble as did the arm rest. Apart from this, this chair is everything they advertise it to be. Beware, the assembly instructions are pretty cryptic.

Love my comfy new chair!
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
This chair is really easy to assemble, but you have to kind of work a little to get the wheels in. The directions were not really helpful. But its basically self explanatory when you put it together.
It has great lumbar support. I have a herniated disc in my lumbar spine. and this fits the small of my back like a glove.
The price is kind of misleading… The shipping charges were more than they had the chair on sale for. The chair was on sale for $24.99 and shipping was $32. Its still worth the $58 I paid alltogether.

Product as advertised. What was expected for the price. Works fine as PC chair. Assembly easy. Rolls fairly well on carpet. Satisfied with the product.

Sturdy Chair, Missing Finishing Touches
Rating:3 out of 5 stars
This Madison chair is of overall high-quality. The assembly was not difficult, the chair is comfortable to sit in, etc. However, the chair seems to be designed for a lower-planed user. I’m only five feet, four inches tall, and the Madison does a poor job of accommodating my frame.
The armrests and the back are simply too low. Leaning my head against the back of the chair produces an uncomfortable bend in my neck, and the arm rests are too low for me to rest my arms upon to type. It’s a shame, because if the chair were bigger, I’d be happy. The rest of it is fine.

Though I love to shop at Amazon and if I can give a review on Amazon I would give it a 10 if possible. But unfortunately this one product was a bad choice I hate it! it is very uncomfortable. The chair is to upright and hard it kills my back. Not worth getting.

HUH!
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
I sure dont feel like no CEO, like they say on here. I firsy got the chair, I hated it. yes, hates a powerful word, but it weas the truth! But as time moved on, al things changed, the same goes with the chair. I dont really think its the best, but I dont hate it anymore.
The things I went through when I got it, I traded it with a business partner, then traded it back. I tried to resell it, but the bottom line is- its OK! I liek it now.
Its kind of expensive, the company gladly accepted the money they returned to me for shipping. I want to give them more just because they seem to be ‘money hungry’. The American thing I guess. I just hope the dam chair was made in America!

Not that impressed!
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
I expected a little more. Went to WAL-MART today and noticed that they have a total of 4 desk chairs there, 2 of which are nicer and cheaper than this one.
The leather is cheap, the thing doesn’t roll at all, and the instructions are completely worthless.
